Later this summer, we’ll invite the community to participate in a survey to help shape the Comprehensive Plan draft. Before the survey opens, we’ll continue sharing information about parks, facilities, programs, and community needs so you have the information needed to provide informed input.
When the survey is available, you can participate by:
Your feedback will help identify priorities, needs, and opportunities and will directly inform the draft Comprehensive Plan.

During this phase, staff and the project team will use community feedback from the survey and other outreach activities to prepare a draft Comprehensive Plan.
The draft plan will identify priorities, future needs, and potential improvements and investments for parks, facilities, programs, and services.

Once the draft Comprehensive Plan is prepared, we’ll share it with the community for review and comment.

During this phase, community members will have the opportunity to review the draft plan, provide feedback, and help refine the final recommendations before the plan is finalized.
Following the community review period, the Comprehensive Plan will be finalized and presented for adoption as part of the comprehensive planning process.
The final plan will reflect community input gathered throughout the process, and we’ll share how public feedback helped shape the plan’s recommendations and priorities.
The adopted plan will guide future decision-making, investments, and improvements for parks, facilities, programs, and services over the coming years.
