The Comprehensive Plan helps EMPD identify priorities, guide investments over time, pursue grants and partnerships, and plan for future improvements as funding becomes available.
Since the last Comprehensive Plan, EMPD has completed or advanced a variety of projects and improvements throughout the district. These investments have helped improve parks, facilities, recreation opportunities, and community amenities for residents throughout the Eastmont area.
